About Lodrix

A young British company built on deep timber-frame experience

Based in Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire, Lodrix brings design ambition, practical construction knowledge and a direct, accountable way of working to every brief.

Our position

Small enough to stay close. Structured enough to deliver.

Lodrix was created to offer a more considered alternative to standardised garden buildings and lodge products. We combine UK project delivery with an established timber-frame construction background and a practical, director-led client relationship.

01

Bespoke, not generic

Every project starts with the use, site, constraints and level of finish — not a fixed catalogue.

02

Direct communication

Clear decisions, visible responsibilities and access to the people accountable for delivery.

03

Quality with value

Competitive for the level of specification, without presenting bespoke work as artificial packages.

04

Built for long-term use

Materials, insulation and detailing considered around durability and British conditions.

Our base

Prepared in Stokenchurch. Delivered where the project makes sense.

Our workshop and project base at Chiltern Vale Farm supports controlled preparation, logistics and installation planning.

Garden rooms are primarily delivered across the South East. Larger lodges, annexes, homes and commercial projects are considered nationally depending on scope, access and programme.

Confidence before commitment

See the thinking, the materials and the people behind the quotation

Premium timber companies make the product tangible before asking for a major commitment. Ask us about current availability for a workshop visit, a material review or viewing a Lodrix building in person.

01

A defined brief

Intended use, site constraints, layout priorities and budget recorded before detailed design.

02

A visible specification

The proposed envelope, glazing, finishes, services and principal exclusions made understandable.

03

A practical programme

Design, approvals, workshop preparation, installation and fit-out shown in the right order.

04

A direct route to the team

Questions reach the people responsible for design, commercial decisions and delivery.

A direct conversation

Tell the director what you are considering, and when you are available for a call or meeting.

Share the location, intended use, approximate size and preferred timing. We will come back with the most practical next step.
